Image via WikipediaThe Delhi high court asked the special CBI court to furnish original documents to ascertain claims of two corporate honchos that the money transferred to kalaignar TV was "valid" loan transactions. Both these men, Rajeev Agarwal and Asif Balwa, are accused of facilitating transfer of Rs 200 crore from DB Group firms to DMK-run Kalaignar TV in the 2G scam.
