Calgary's new airport bus launched

Image via WikipediaAn express city bus that runs between downtown and the airport launched Monday morning.

Buses run every half hour between 5 a.m. and midnight every day.

Mayor Naheed Nenshi, who inaugurated the new route on Sunday, said Calgary has finally caught up to other major cities.

"We, surprisingly, have never had a direct downtown link to the airport before," he said.
