A trip to Memphis - the Home of The Blues and Birthplace of Rock 'n Roll - would not be complete without a trip to Beale Street!
So I hit The Street
So I hit The Street 
with the "
and then shook things up with The King of Rock 'n Roll
(and my Memphis Chaperon, The Rev, of course!)

Inside Peabody Place, this big ol' southern bear was happy to pose with a bodacious yankee bra such as myself!
Then we peeked in at The Historic Daisy Theatre... 
...and got peeked right back at!
Finally, The Rev and I checked out the Mississippi River, The Mississippi River Bridge and The Memphis Pyramid (in the background.)
Hmmmm.....I'm thinking that river looks waaaay too cold for a baptism Rev!.....but I wonder......if we got a couple of donuts, would ya help me launch 'em up river at Speedy in Hollydale, Minnesota?
