San Francisco, California/Bay To Breakers ~ Part II

Only in San Francisco will you find such interesting assortment of people during the morning commute!
2008 Bay To BreakersSo keep your eyes on the road...and just keep moving gals! For some strange reason, we always seemed to be stuck behind this peace-lovin' dude...who we dubbed "Orange Guy."
The spectators lining the route of the Bay To Breakers were as just as wild and cRaZy as the participants!...resulting in frequent, yet very entertaining,
traffic jams.
Here's proof that I really DO support boobs of all sizes, shapes, colors and genders. This guy was thrilled to pose with me in his Hooters shirt!
(I'm not so sure about his buddy though...)
There were lots of different bands playing music along the route ~
Southern Rock...
BlueGrass...
R-O-C-K
(for those traveling to the beat of a different drum....)
Jewish Surf Punk
But this stopped me cold in my tracks!
As we were passing through the Panhandle, I spotted the

Here I am getting pinned by one of the friendly Boob Ladies!
Now I proudly wear this Pink Ribbon pin in support breast cancer research,
and as a nice reminder of some really great mammaries...ooops!...
I mean, memories!

was just supporting my girlfriends

as they LAUGHED their way into
what very well may prove to be the best years of their lives!
As we approached the finish line, we spotted these beautiful butterflies,
which symbolize transition, freedom, and new beginnings - how fitting!
And we all vowed to do this again next year!
The End!
(or...is it???)

PS: I am happy to report we did not get any blisters!
