I wanted to share with ya'll a few more photos that my GOOD bloggy-pal
Lisa of OMyWord took of moi while I was hanging with her in Paris...
Do you know what this is a picture of?

...as seen through my eyes cups.

lots of new and wonderful things in Paris...but my most surprising discovery was
that I LOVE DISCO!
balls, that is...not music.

Here I am at Sacré-Cœur Basilica, a Roman Catholic church on Montmarte. Perpetual adoration of the Blessed Sacrament (a consecrated host which has been turned into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ) has continued uninterrupted in the Basilica since 1885. Visitors are asked to dress appropriately and to observe silence so as not to disturb those who have come to pray in this special place.
So I respectfully yanked up my straps and

controlled myself - just like a good bra should.

On my last night in Paris, I gazed at the stars and wondered aloud where life (& FedEx) would lead me next. I really didn't want to leave...I'd fallen in love with Paris (and rather attached to Lisa)...it was almost like being in a dream, or a movie even! Then Lisa, being the wise woman that she is, grabbed me and said:
Olga, last night we said a great many things. You said I was to do the thinking for both of us. Well, I've done a lot of it since then, and it all adds up to one thing: you're getting on that Fed Ex plane tomorrow where you belong.
Me: But, Lisa, no, I... I...
Lisa: Now, you've got to listen to me! You have any idea what you'd have to look forward to if you stayed here? Nine chances out of ten we'd both wind up in a concentration camp! (Note: she'd been a fair amount of drinking wine that night.)
Me: You're saying this only to make me go.
Lisa: I'm saying it because it's true. If that plane leaves the ground and you're not on it, you'll regret it. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of your life.
Me: But what about us?
Lisa: We'll always have Paris. Now, now...here's looking at you kid.
Me: Lisa, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
Au revoir Paris! (for now!)
